Workstation as a Server Monitoring utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, drivers and hardware components of a computer. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution. Nivek Group will do their best to resolve the matter within 30 minutes or less. If the matter at hand is taking longer than 30 minutes (per month), Nivek Group will reach out to the Main Point of Contact with permission to proceed and acceptance of the hourly charges.
