Virtual Server Monitoring

April 01, 2020

Nivek Group and/or it’s Partners offers special monitoring services for Virtual Servers. Monitoring of Virtual Servers involves many aspects of support.

Monitoring Only

$35.00 per Virtual Server, Per month

Virtual Server Monitoring utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications and drivers of the virtual server along with the components tied into the physical server to the virtual server. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution. We will reach out to the Main Point of Contact with permission to proceed and acceptance of the hourly charges.

Monitoring + Preventive Maintenance

$65.00 per Virtual Server, Per month

Virtual Server Monitoring + Preventive Maintenance utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, and the drivers of a virtual server along with the components tied into the physical server to the virtual server. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution. Physical Server Compared To Virtual Server

A Physical Server is a server that houses all of the hardware components. This is often called a Host.

A Virtual Server is utilized with a special software that allows a Physical Server to Host several servers at one time.

Depending on the hardware installed along with the software installed on the Physical Server, this will determine how many Virtual Servers you can are able to Host on that particular Physical Server.
