Nivek Group has partnered up and is continuing to build their partner portfolio package.

Nivek Group has formed a partnership with the following Third-Party Monitoring Software solutions. When the time comes, these are the software packages that Nivek Group turns to for the support that is required.

Nivek Group uses the NinjaRMM System to remotely monitor the health of Network Devices, Servers and Computers. The NinjaRMM also allows Nivek Group to perform the basic computer functions without even interrupting the end-user.

The license cost for this software is included in the monthly support package that is offered by Nivek Group.

Nivek Group will have a special download/install link for your company/team.

Nivek Group uses Splashtop Remote Access to connect to Servers and Computers to be able to perform tasks that are needed. When connecting to a server or computer via Splashtop, the End-User is able to see everything that is being done and the End-User is not able to End-User is not able to use the computer while Nivek Group is connected.

The license cost for this software is included in the monthly support package that is offered by Nivek Group.

Nivek Group will have a special download/install link for your company/team.

Nivek Group utilizes the SOS Support on Demand feature by Splashtop. This allows Nivek Group to support End-users that does not have the NinjaRMM and the normal Splashtop Remote Access program installed. Using this program, this will only allow Nivek Group to connect to a computer and/or server with the assistance of the End-User being present and providing a One-Time Support Code.

The license cost of this software is included in the Hourly Support Rate.
