Server Monitoring

Physical Server Monitoring utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, drivers and hardware components of a server. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution. 

Virtual Server Monitoring utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications and drivers of the virtual server along with the components tied into the physical server to the virtual server. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution.

Cloud Server Monitoring utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, drivers other components of a cloud based server. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on.

Workstation Monitoring

Workstation Monitoring utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, drivers other components of a cloud based server. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution.

Preventive Maintenance and Cleaning

The following is list of Preventive Maintenance Measures that Nivek Group may perform. This is not a complete list of everything that may be completed by Nivek Group.

          • Run Windows Update: All / Critical / Important / Security.
          • Run Windows Update: Service Pack
          • Install Microsoft Office Updates
          • Install Driver Updates (Hardware)
          • Install Java updates
          • Install Adobe updates
          • Scan devices for malware, spam, third-party unauthorized software and clean those up
          • Other tasks as we feel appropriate for the Cloud Server
          • Create System Restore Point
          • Delete Temp Files
          • Delete Internet History
          • Reboot
          • Shutdown
          • Defragment (All disks)
          • Run Checkdisk (All disks)
          • Run Full System Scan
