Nivek Group offers partnerships with other I.T. Providers to be able to provide an extra hand as a “Remote Hands” type of support. Nivek Group uses the Jira Service Desk PSA for our ticketing system that provides a Client Portal Access so that the Partnership I.T. Team may submit and review tickets along with the Knowledge Base Articles that we create for their Client. Nivek Group is able to grant access to the Client Portal page in different ways.

Hourly Rate During Standard Business Hours

$125 Per Hour, One Hour Minimum
