Nivek Group offers a vast array of options for Plans, Services, Solutions and Support that will fit your team the best. The options that are listed here, are only the generalized options. Plans

Monitoring Only

Monitoring Services utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, drivers, hardware and other components of a server or workstation. The NinjaRMM program will send an alert to the Nivek Help Desk ticketing system for us to follow up on. Once an alert is received, we review the alert along with the event logs to determine the best course of action for resolution. 

Monitoring +
Preventive Maintenance

Monitoring + Preventive Maintenance Services utilizes the NinjaRMM program to monitor the services, software applications, drivers, hardware and other components of a server or workstation. Along with the Monitoring Services, Nivek Group will perform monthly Preventive Maintenance tasks such as updating the Operating System and Applications along with making sure that the drivers are up to date.

Call-In Support

Call-In Support is exactly what it is titled as. Nivek Group offers all the support options as part of the Call-In Support. If an End-User finds something that they would like support with, all they have to do is submit a ticket the Nivek Help Desk or call us at (720)924-6060.

Services

Nivek Group utilizes Webroot as the main Antivirus Monitoring and Remoal Software. Webroot was originally founded here in Broomfield Colorado in the early 2000’s and has become one of the Top Antivirus Software within the Technical Industry. 

Nivek Group also utilizes a vast array of other software tools to help with the monitoring and removal of possible malicious software that may be found on a Server or Workstation. 

Third-Party
Application Support

Nivek Group is able to offer support on many Third-Party Applications as we have formed an Elite Partnership with a group of other Support Professionals that we can lean on. 

Nivek Group has also formed a partnership with the support teams of the Third-Party Application Company.

Nivek Group has just signed a partnership with Digium and Sangoma to resell their Cloud Phone Services. This is partnership is still in the finalization process as Nivek Group still needs to complete their certification requirements.

Nivek Group is working on other partnerships as well.

Nivek Group has partnered with NinjaRMM and Splashtop Remote Access to assist with the monitoring capabilities of a Server, Workstation and the Network iteself. 

Nivek Group has partnered up with Carbonite, a Server and Workstation Backup Solution Provider. Carbonite will perform scheduled backups at the desired intervals that are set. If a failure shall occur, Carbonite will assist on the recovery of the data to a new Server or Workstation.

Nivek Group understands that as a Small Business, there will be times that you and your team will need to purchase new hardware or services as well as upgrade their hardware or services. Nivek Group asks their clients to please reach out to us first so that we can try and pivot one of our partnerships to provide you the best price possible. Solutions

Nivek Group is able to monitor a Client’s network and internal data for a Cyber Security Breach. A Cyber Security Breach, can range from an End-User going to a malicious website or clicking on a link in an email that may take them to a malicious website. Also, Cyber Security Monitoring can help prevent someone within the company from sharing documents with an unauthorized process.

Data Breach Monitoring is to where Nivek Group reviews the logs of a Client’s Firewall to confirm that no unauthorized parties are accessing your network along with End-Users are using software (knowingly or unknowingly) that opens their workstation up to any unauthorized parties.

Support

Nivek Group is able to assist with the removal of a Virus and/or Malware that may be affecting the performance of a Server or Workstation.

Most companies uses Microsoft Office Products. Nivek Group is able to offer technical support and end-user training on most parts of the Microsoft Office Suite. Nivek Group has also formed a partnership with some Elite Support Teams to be able to assist with some of the harder support options!

Need help with a Printer, a Copier or a Fax Machine? Nivek Group is able to offer support with these very critical devices! Yes, sometimes it is easier to buy a new one. However, Nivek Group will review the device to see if the repair is something simple that may not cost you anything. We can also assist with helping to make the printers accessible to everyone on the network, not just one computer. Let us help you be more efficient! 

Nivek Group offers a monthly Preventive Maintenance and Cleaning option. The Preventive Maintenance and Cleaning starts with the reviewing of Operating System Updates and Drivers all the way to the Cleaning of the dust and other particles from the Servers and Workstations to the Printers and Copiers and more!

Almost all businesses will use specialized applications to help their company perform the tasks that makes their business operate. Nivek Group is able to provide support to most of these applications. If Nivek Group is not able to provide direct support, we can reach out to our Elite Partnership Team and they will provide support to us in your favor!

Nivek Group will work with each End-User and/or the Point of Contact for each Client to make sure that a Server or Workstation has the latest and greatest updates and perform any upgrades within respect to the company and/or software applications that are being utilized. This includes the Operating System, Drivers and Hardware Components.

Nivek Group is able to support and troubleshoot a Client’s Website, Email, Domain Registration and/or Hosting situations. Nivek Group has formed a partnership with some of the top Domain Registrar’s and Hosting Providers of websites and email services. Nivek Group knows who to work with and how to work with them on making sure that your services are on up and up side of things!

Nivek Group will do everything within our technical knowledge and powers to try and resolve all tickets/matters by utilizing the remote services that we have available. However; not everything can be done remotely.
