Nivek Group offers a vast array of tasks that can be completed with an onsite visit.

Service Requests

 Nivek Group will always attempt to try and resolve all service requests via remote services and remote tools. If Nivek Group is not able to resolve the service request by utilizing the remote services and the remote tools available, then we will make the proper arrangements to visit the Client and/or the End User.

Monthly and Quarterly Visits

When a company signs on with Nivek Group and becomes a Client, we will make arrangements for regular visits. These visit can be Monthly or Quarterly visits. Nivek Group believes in having a regular visit with their Clients to show our value in their relationship and so that all of the employees with the Client knows who we are and is accepting of our support.
