Non-Disclosure Agreement in Conjunction with the Privacy Policy

The Non-Disclosure Agreement for Nivek Group and it’s Entities works in conjunction with the Privacy Policy that has been set in place by Nivek Group, LLC.

Client Base (Client Owned/Provided Equipment) Non-Disclosure Agreement

From time to time when Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, while working on a Client Owned/Provided Computer, Server or Network Device, we may come across information that is “Client Sensitive” in nature. Nivek Group, and/or it’s Partners, are here-by automatically agreed to you as the Client into a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The only time that Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, may break the Non-Disclosure Agreement is if it involves a Major Legal/Crime Stature of Relations. Below is a list of items that we may turn over to the proper authorities, it is not a complete list:

  • Child Pornography
  • Child/Human Trafficking
  • and more to come …

If Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, come across something that is considered “Questionable of Legal Stature,” we will then discuss the matter with the Client’s Main Point of Contact and/or their Legal Counsel. Depending on how the discussion ends, that will determine how Nivek Group will proceed.

Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, is not responsible and cannot be included in any legal matters over the data/information that we may come across.

Client Base (Personally Owned Use Equipment) Non-Disclosure Agreement

From time to time when Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, while working on a Personally Owned Computer, Server or Network Device that is being used for Client/Company work, we may come across information that is “Personally Sensitive” in nature. Nivek Group, and/or it’s Partners, are here-by automatically agreed to you as an Employee of the the Client into a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, may release any information to the Client that is “Client Based Information” only. Any information that may be deemed as “Employee Personal Based Information” of nature, this information will not be released and/or provided to the Client.

Personal/Private Direct Contact Remote Assistance Non-Disclosure Agreement

From time to time when Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, while working on a Personally Owned Computer, Server or Network Device that has been contacted for Personal Direct Remote Assistance that does not involve an agreement with one of Clients, we may come across information that is “Personally Sensitive” in nature. Nivek Group, and/or it’s Partners, are here-by automatically agreed to you as an Employee of the the Client into a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, all information that we come across will be deemed as “Personally Owned Based and Private Information” of nature, this information will not be released to anyone without your written consent. 

The only time that Nivek Group, and/or it’s partners, may break the Non-Disclosure Agreement is if it involves a Major Legal/Crime Stature of Relations. Below is a list of items that we may turn over to the proper authorities, it is not a complete list:
