Once you are logged in, you will see a listing of all the devices that you have permission to connect to. Hover your mouse over the device that you are wishing to connect to and then click on the Blue & White icon that is located on the right. The icon is call Splashtop.
The first time that you click on this, you will most likely need to install the SplashtopRMM tool on the computer you are using. All you will need to do is follow the on-screen prompts.
