Standard Office Hours

Nivek Group’s Standard Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time Zone. Any support offerings or requests outside of these hours may result in After-Hour’s Rates being charged. Nivek Group will confirm with the Point of Contact for the Client if there will be additional charges and they accept the charges before any task(s) is/are performed.
Nivek Group observes the following days as holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year’s Eve
Any support requests submitted on a Holiday that is Observed by Nivek Group may incur additional support rate charges.
Vacation Time and Personal Time-Off
At this time, Nivek Group is a “One Man Shop” company. When the time comes for Kevin to take a Vacation Time and or needs to take some Personal Time-Off, he will communicate this in advance with the Point of Contacts. During his away time, Nivek Group will place an update on the Ticket Response Emails and the User Portal advising of this time away and referring the users to contact their Point of Contact and/or Manager. If the Point of Contact feels the support requires immediate assistance, they will have a direct contact number to Kevin for immediate assistance. Nivek Group, along with Partners, will do everything within their powers to make sure that all client requests are handled within the proper time frame.
